Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a free 30-day Proof of Concept, during which we guide you through the implementation and help you roll-out your first project on Whaly. You can then start using Whaly and evaluate whether it meets your needs.
Do you help with setup?
Yes, one of our Product Specialists will onboard you, help set up your environment, connect your data sources, and train you on how to use the platform.
Where is my data stored?
We replicate the data to your data warehouse, which means all synced and queried data is stored in your own warehouse. We don't store any data on our premises.
What is a Builder license?
A Builder license allows you to create data experiences for your business users. This license is usually given to member of the data team, in charge of connecting new sources, modeling data, and creating explorations.
What is a Standard license?
A Standard license enables business users to create new dashboards, browse explorations, and run queries to answer questions.
What is a Viewer license?
Viewer licenses enable consumers of data to view and browse dashboards, for the purpose of extracting business insights.
What do you mean by processing hour?
Our data connectors work like an ELT, meaning that we replicate data from your business tools to your data warehouse. As part of this process, we run incremental syncs of your data over a time period of your choice. The processing time refers to the amount of time it takes to replicate data.
Don’t worry, we only count the successful syncs, so if there’s a failure, you won’t pay for it. Plus, we don’t charge for the initial sync, which gives you the opportunity to understand what’s in your data from the start, without the investment. Every plan includes a certain number of free processing hours.
